HONEYWELL PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Honeywell has proposed revisions to the Township Master Plan to accommodate redevelopment of its headquarters site at Columbia Turnpike and Park Avenue to allow a mix of residential, commercial, and office or lab space.

There will be an update on the Honeywell issue at the Morris Township Democrats meeting on January 12.

Planning Board meeting and public hearing:

  • The Planning Board, at its meeting at 7:30 pm on Monday, March 5, 2012 , at the Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue , will discuss (but not vote on) and hear comments from the public on an amendment to the Township Master Plan to allow mixed use on Honeywell’s 47-acre site.
