HONEYWELL PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Honeywell has proposed revisions to the Township Master Plan to accommodate redevelopment of its headquarters site at Columbia Turnpike and Park Avenue to allow a mix of residential, commercial, and office or lab space.

Planning Board meeting and public hearing on April 2:

  • The Planning Board, at its meeting at 7:30 pm on Monday, April 2, 2012, at the Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue , will discuss and hear comments from the public on an amendment to the Township Master Plan to allow mixed use on Honeywell’s 147-acre site.
